Appointments & Cancellation Policy

Clients are strongly encouraged to keep the same appointment time throughout the programme.
HypnoticFX has a strict cancellation policy in place and we ask for your consideration in
respecting this – not only for your benefit, but for the benefit of our other clients.
Please provide a minimum of 24 hours notice of a cancellation – if you fail to
do so you will be billed for one session in full. If you have already paid for the full
programme in advance, then you will forfeit one session.

Time is a valuable and limited resource that we should all respect.

NOTE: Appointments are scheduled fortnightly but can be conducted more frequently if needed.
